Shipping
$8 flat shipping. Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders ship within 1-2 business days(unless indicated otherwise) from our studio in San Diego, CA. Our orders ship via UPS and USPS. We are currently only shipping within the U.S.
Local Pickup
Local San Diegan customers are welcome to pickup orders and do not have to pay shipping(use code "Localpickup", please do not use this code unless you are picking up). Pickup is available from two locations, Miramar and Clairemont. For local pickup instructions, please email jonathan@sawyerceramics.com
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipment, please email jonathan@sawyerceramics.com within one week of receiving your order and we'll send a refund or replacement.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of order delivery. Original outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer must pay for return shipping. We are happy to provide a return label for $9, which can be deducted from the return credit.
Unfortunately because of the high cost of return shipping and the difficulty of repackaging your items safely, returning may not be your best option. If for example, you no longer need the item you ordered, consider regifting it to someone else!
